CUSTOMER  SERVICE  

  • We offer a range of Quality Photoluminescent Products with very competitive pricing which will enable us to work with and support both local and International markets.

  • Our company can also support and provide 'custom manufacturing' when and if required. Please provide us with your request and we will see what we can do. (Depending on volumes required)

  • Production periods always vary depending on the type and size of the order. Normally you will receive your order in 5-10 days [by air]. If we are out of stock at the time of order, normal delivery time is 15-20 days [by air]. * Subject to size of consignment

  • Transport & Delivery - International Orders < 100 kg we often choose FedEx, DHL, EMS Courier by Air. *Above 100kg per shipment we can choose either Air or Sea freight. If your order is not urgent we normally prefer sea freight.

  • Domestic and local deliveries;- when placing orders please advise your preferred method of     transport and account details as all orders will be FOB.

  • Payment terms - International Clients Direct Bank Deposit, T/T or L/C. Credit Card payment will attract account handling fees as determined.

  • Domestic [All Australian States & Territories] - as per standard conditions of sales agreement.

  • All pricing is relative to International Market Trends and supply of raw materials. Our policy provides for notification 30 days prior to change.

  • All quotations and sales are subject to the Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale of Nightbright Australia, which are available from our office on request.
